Your data is held on file for as long as necessary to oversee our service to you. For general enquiries/quotations without generating a sale or service, we would keep your data for 12 months before deletion. This is for your convenience and ours enabling us to refer back to our notes and documentation issued at the time, in case you decide to return. In some cases however, including where a sale or service is made, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, company name, address, contact details and details of service and/or sale) for a minimum of 6 years, beyond which it will be reviewed for deletion and destroyed. In some cases we may need to keep this longer if a sale made comes with a guarantee in which case we would keep the records for as long as the guarantee lasts.
